Mauritius Maritime Week 2022 continues to be the biggest maritime transport trade event in the Indian Ocean region taking place on the pristine Indian Ocean island of Mauritius from Tuesday 13 to Thursday 15 December at the luxurious 5 star hotel resort, The Ravenala Attitude, Mauritius to highlight the country’s unique position as the ‘Preferred Regional Maritime Gateway’ for the Indian Ocean region.

The event is hosted by Mauritius Shipping Corporation Limited and supported by the Port Management Association of Eastern and Southern Africa (PMAESA) and the Association of Indian Ocean Islands Ports (L’Association des ports des îles de l’océan Indien (APIOI).

On Tuesday 13 December, for all pre-registered delegates, there will be a comprehensive Technical Site Visit to the Port of Mauritius followed in the evening by a Networking Reception at the official hotel and venue in a professional but relaxed atmosphere hosted by Cargo Handling Corporation Limited.

A two days Conference Programme will feature 25 world class conference speakers addressing issues, challenges, solutions and innovations in port operations, shipping, supply chain and logistics strategies which will be attended by a gathering of more than 250 senior government officials, industry principals, academics, senior level executives such as CEOs, General Managers, harbour masters and terminal operators together with the region's leading maritime consultants, shippers, cargo owners, importers, exporters, shipping lines, freight forwarders, logistic companies, technology providers and service suppliers from countries throughout the Indian Ocean islands region.
