Terms & Conditions

• No delegate registration accepted without completing the registration form and full payment.
• Upon receipt of your registration form and full remittance, a set of delegate information documents will be emailed to you including your receipt.
• No refunds will be given. however, substitutions can be made at any time.
• Withholding tax must not be deducted from your delegate remittance. if it is, the client agrees to pay the organiser an amount equivalent to the amount of the withholding tax.
• Delegates will not be admitted unless remittance has been received in full in advance.
• Flights, Visa arrangements, airport transfers and accommodation not included in delegate registration fee.
